West Virginia dental licenses, permits, and business registrations renew annually, processed through the Board's online renewal portal. Continuing education, however, is only reported every other (even-numbered) year. Fees are set by the Board's legislative rule, Series 3 (W. Va. C.S.R. § 5-3, effective August 7, 2022).
