Fees, deadlines, and what's required to renew a dental license in Kentucky.
Kentucky dental licenses renew every two years under a schedule set by license type, with fees established in 201 KAR 8:520. Dentist licenses expire December 31 of odd-numbered years; dental hygienist licenses expire December 31 of even-numbered years.
