Nevada Dental License Renewal

Fees, deadlines, and what's required to renew a dental license in Nevada.
Nevada dental license fees are set by Nevada Administrative Code § 631.029. Dentist licenses renew biennially by June 30th of each odd-numbered year; dental hygienist licenses renew biennially by June 30th of each even-numbered year. Renewal is available online at online.nvdental.org or by paper application.

All renewal payments are final and non-refundable. Credit and debit card payments carry a 3% surcharge; cash is not accepted. Checks and money orders should be made payable to the Nevada State Board of Dental Examiners and mailed to 2651 N. Green Valley Pkwy, Ste. 104, Henderson, NV 89014, Attention: Licensing Department.
